How Do You Engineer Massive Duplication In Your Network Marketing Business?

In order to achieve your goals in network marketing it is important to visualize the actual end result before it happens. But how do you get there? If you change your thought process for a moment, you give yourself the opportunity to conceptualize the process from a vastly different perspective.

Let me give you a golf analogy to start…If you want to succeed in golf, build your expertise from your goal backward. Train yourself to be a great putter from three feet away from the hole. Then train yourself to become a great chipper from just off the green. After all, since you can putt excellently from three feet away, the hole now is a 6 foot diameter circle. Chip into that circle and now you are just about guaranteed to make the putt. Let’s take it a step further. If you are a great chipper, doesn’t that take the pressure off your iron shots into the green? Now, even if you miss the green slightly, your chipping and putting take over allowing you a great opportunity for scoring success.

The same is true in network marketing…Focus on the goal and work backwards. Ask yourself this question…”If I had a team of 3,000 people in my organization below me, what would I have had to do in order to make that happen?”

If you focus on this question it will stimulate other questions as well.. For example, what type of company would I be part of? What type of people would I be working with? What marketing strategies would I be using? What lead system would I be using? What skills would I need to master in order to accomplish these goals?

There are other questions you will come up with. Answer these questions and you find the key to a successful network marketing experience.

Earl Nightingale, great author of the book “Lead the Field” tells a story about a boy who was eager to play with his dad. Unfortunately, the father was busy with other duties and looked to find something that his son could do to keep him occupied. He found a magazine cover that had a map of the world on it.

The dad tore up the map into small pieces to create a jig saw puzzle to keep his son busy while he finished his work. In no time the child completed the task of putting the map of the world back, perfectly in place. The dad was utterly amazed at how fast his son was able to finish his task. When the dad asked the child how he did it, the child said, “it was simple, Dad, the other side of the page was a picture of a man. All I did was put the man’s face back together again.”

It is no different in your network marketing business. Once you know WHO you need to be in order to be successful, you will find a way to reach that goal. Visualize yourself reaching your goals. Be the man or woman you must be to bring about those visualizations and you will accomplish what you wish.
